“My experience with APlus was my first with an urgent care facility. My pleasant surprise was the quality of care from the staff and the high standard of professionalism.

I was very sick with respiratory and severe coughing events and since I was in-between primary physicians. The insurance company referred me to urgent care. From the moment I walked in, the office staff was very friendly and helpful, but more important the medical professionals made me feel that I was in very good caring hands. They listened carefully, took x-rays and blood work, and prescribed medications. The next day the called to give results and follow up with me. “I know this is a hard time for everyone, so I really appreciated the professionalism, concern, and kindness I received at this location. I was worried about going in because I’ve been coughing and I didn’t want to be dismissed due to the virus. But I knew my risk was low and my symptoms were more in line with allergies and sinus infection, which I’ve been trying to deal with for a month. I’ve been practicing social distancing to limit my exposure but I finally felt like I needed to go see a doctor in person for my issues.
